Use this option if SAGE records this invoice as FAILED, but it is marked as PAID here. NB ensure however that you have synaced all SAGE Statements that would include the failed transaction from SAGE.

Once this is done you may need to RESYNC Quickbooks to Unpay this invoice. This is required in the event that for some reason the failed transaction was marked as synced but did not reverse the invoice.

Use this option if SAGE records this invoice as FAILED, but it is marked as PAID here. NB ensure however that you have synaced all SAGE Statements that would include the failed transaction from SAGE.

Use this option if the client has settled the invoice by transferring funds directly into the GoDoChurch bank account.

You are overriding the automatic payment workflow for this invoice. Generally you should allow the Sage sync engine to settle the payment of invoices. Only proceed if you are sure this is the right action to take.

Voiding an invoice removes a clients responsibility to settle it. You can only void invoices that have not been paid and that have not be submitted to the banks for processing. We will check this for you as part of pre-validation.
